This is a technical and debug version. Among the improvements, note that
sysstat will now read the files in /proc only once per collection cycle.
Also the addition of a new flag (-G) to iostat, cifsiostat and tapestat
to display statistics in GiB/s, a fix regarding how pgsteal/s (displayed
by sar -B) is calculated, and various other fixes and optimizations.
